1. Data controller
The data controller is the company named above. Any request about this notice can be sent to the same address or phone number.
2. What data we collect
The quote form asks only for what is needed to plan the work:
- Full name
- Phone number
- Email address (optional)
- Plot details (province, district, neighbourhood, block and parcel) and the type of structure
- Anything you write in the note field
3. How the form is transmitted
When you press the button, nothing is stored on the website. Your entries are combined into a single message that opens in your own WhatsApp app, ready to send to our line. You send the message yourself; if you do not, nothing reaches us.
Because the message travels through WhatsApp, it passes through the servers of WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) and is subject to that app's privacy terms. If you prefer not to use WhatsApp, you can give us the same information by phone.
4. What we use the data for
Your data is used for three purposes only:
- Preparing and sending you a quote for the plot
- If the job is accepted, planning the site visit and fieldwork and staying in contact with you
- If the job becomes a contract, meeting invoicing and commercial record-keeping obligations
5. Legal basis
During the quote and site-visit stage the legal basis is Article 5(2)(c) of the Law: processing necessary to conclude or perform a contract. Once the job becomes a contract, invoicing and bookkeeping rely on Article 5(2)(a) and (ç): processing expressly required by law and necessary to meet a legal obligation.
6. Who we share it with
Your data is never handed to anyone for advertising or marketing. It is shared with third parties only in these cases: when, at your request, the geotechnical report is submitted to the municipality or authority, the name and plot details on the report cover go to that body; when a legal obligation arises, it is provided to the competent public authority; our accountant sees invoicing details.
7. Site visits and cookies
The site does not use cookies. We count page visits and clicks on the phone and WhatsApp links without storing anything that identifies you, and without cookies. Our hosting provider keeps short-lived technical access logs, including IP address and browser details, to protect the site against attacks.
8. How long we keep it
If your request does not turn into a job, your data is deleted within one year at the latest. If it does, the report, invoices and correspondence are kept for the ten-year period required by the Turkish Commercial Code and Tax Procedure Law, then deleted.
9. Your rights
Under Article 11 of the Law you may contact us to:
- Learn whether your data is processed and request information about it
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
- Know the third parties to whom it has been transferred
- Request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate
- Request deletion or destruction where the legal conditions are met
- Request that corrections and deletions be notified to recipients
- Object to a result produced solely by automated analysis that works against you
- Claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing
10. How to apply
You may submit your request in writing to the address above, in person or via a notary, or start it by phone with information that verifies your identity. Requests are answered free of charge within thirty days at the latest. If you find the answer insufficient, you have the right to complain to the Personal Data Protection Board.
